During his tenure with these three firms, he served in numerous positions, including deal manager for international energy development and broadband development projects, and vice president of policy development. LaRence brings a depth of knowledge in strategic development and financial analysis while maintaining strong client relationships.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
