The deadline to submit completed applications, with required documents, is Friday, August 28, 2009 at 1:00p.m. Applications can be submitted to the Foundation office or to the Brentwood Baptist Church office. Mailed applications must be postmarked by August 28, 2009 and mailed to the address below.
